ABCD

This weekend, as we remember our loved ones and all the faithful departed, we are reminded of God’s mercy and the call to care for one another. The ABCD is our collective response to that call, supporting programs that serve the poor, the elderly, the sick, and the vulnerable in our community. Give in memory. Give in hope. www.isupportABCD.com.

Planned Giving

This weekend, as we remember our beloved departed and reflect on eternal life, we’re also reminded of the legacy we leave behind. Planned Giving is a meaningful way to honor your faith and values by supporting the Church even beyond your lifetime. Your gift can sustain Catholic ministries, education, and outreach for generations. Learn how to create your legacy: www.adomgift.org.

Stewardship

As we honor the souls of the faithful departed, we are reminded that our lives are a gift from God, and what we do with them matters. Stewardship means using our time, talent, and treasure to glorify God and serve others, even beyond our lifetime. This week, reflect on how you can be a faithful steward of God’s blessings.

“I came down from heaven not to do my own will but the will of the one who sent me.”  (JOHN 6:38)

When you pray the Lord’s Prayer, say the words slowly so that you can recognize with certainty what you are saying. Every day, when we pray this prayer, we repeat what Jesus said in the passage from Scripture: “Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” When we say these words, do our actions

reflect what we say? That is the difference between the saints and the rest of us. The saints are faithful and obedient to God’s will. Start today to align your words and actions with God’s will
